The #Philly10 and Town Hall on State Violence Against Women! 8PM, 3/26

Tune in to Stepping Into Tomorrow this evening at 8:00PM, as host Gabriel Bryant features Asa Khalif, Founder and President of Racial Unity USA and cousin of Brandon Tate-Brown, the young man shot and killed by police in Dec. 2014. He will discuss today's Press Conference for the #Philly10, highlighting the 10 protesters arrested last week during a policing forum. Also, Candace McKinley, an organizer on the legal committee with the Philly Coalition for Racial Economic and Legal (REAL) Justice checks in to discuss March 31's Town Hall on State Violence Against Women. This forum will highlight the many women terrorized, brutalized and harassed by police, a story not often spotlighted in these conversations, in addition to mothers of children killed by police being featured and a dedication to women of color activists throughout the city. It will be held at Friends Center, 15th/Cherry, 6:30PM.
