Feldie will be joined in the studio today by vibraphonist Khan Jamal and percussionist Lenny Belasco. Khan Jamal, who's been making music in Philly and elsewhere for over 40 years, has a unique voice on the vibes and has recorded more than a dozen albums as a leader. Lenny will take us on a guided tour through Khan's career and discuss their recent collaborations. And, later in the show, Khan and Lenny will perform live in the studio.
Lucky Old Souls on G-town Radio... jazz, rhythm & blues, and more... Tuesdays at 2 p.m. You can hear Khan and Lenny perform in person this Friday night at the premiere of Feldie's monthly live music series: Lucky Old Souls @ Moonstone
