Welcome to Skywave for more live radio play action via auditory conference call. Tonite we have 2 treats created by one voice, the master of sci fi- Rad Bradbury. First comes a story from the Suspense series. 1st broadcast 1955, "Kaleidoscope" begins with a spaceship explosion hurtling the surviving members into the great abyss. When they establish radio phone contact, how does each of the crew react to their solitary situation, yet connected to each other if only vocally, like most of us right now? And we continue with a tale from Dimension X. Originally aired 1950, "Zero Hour" concerns a child's plans to prepare for whatt she calls "the invasion". Although the parents are humorously dismissive, is it really "just some silly game children play"? To find out, stay tuned and listen to voices Kathy Harmer, Carol Moog, Gary Mitchell, Tom Casetta on FX and voices along with your host, Andy Pettit.
