Pennsylvania could be said to now lead the nation in protections for it’s citizens environmental rights. Listen to Planet Philadelphia’s host, Kay Wood, speak with John E. Childe, Jr., Esq about this exciting development. He is the lawyer for The Pennsylvania Environmental Defense Foundation, the group that brought the suit that challenged the use of oil and gas lease proceeds for anything other than environmental preservation.  The historic decision upholding the Environmental Rights Amendment (Article I Section 27) The decision is widely believed to have far reaching ramifications.
