Come sit in with the Groove at special time this Sunday morning for the final episode! Sadly, this will mark the end of the line for the Mt. Airy Groove at GtownRadio. It's been a fine 4 years of spinnin' vinyl! Thank you very much to all who tuned in! Gonna say goodbye by paying tribute to the glory days of classic rock radio...Mt. Airy Groove-style! Labels in the early '70s were always trying to hit the jackpot by covering a recent rock hit and although it didn't always work, we dug out some of the best of 'em. We'll have jazz and soul covers of great classic rock tunes from the likes of the Stones, Dylan, Hendrix, and of course, the Beatles, along with some surprisingly deep covers of The Standells, The Box Tops and the Troggs! Mt. Airy Groove presents Classic Rock Radio August 3, 2014...the final frontier!
