Good eve. Welcome to Skywave. Tonite we begin with an entry from the sci fi mystery series Lights Out. Originally aired 1942, "Revolt of the Worms"  concerns a chemist keen to develop the greatest rose ever. And in order to achieve that plan, he doses the specimens wit large doses of hormones. But what happens with the leftovers? To find out, you'll have to stay tuned and maybe relieve yourself from the tension with the comedy that follows; one of our favorite sources for chuckles- those un-knighted kings of kick*#^ comedy- The Marx Bros' Flywheel, Shyster, and Flywheel. 1st broadcast 1933, "Episode 10" considers the investment an innocent heiress unwittingly makes in punch-drunk pugilist Gombatz via the magnanimous machinations of the self-appointed investment lawyer Mr. Flywheel aka Groucho with the noble assistance of ever-faithful Mr. Ravelli aka Chico. And here at Gtown aka for now Skywave are guest regular voices Kathy Harmer and Maury Harris aka too many characters to list ready to deliver some knock-out entertainment along with myself, your host aka Andy Pettit.
