We begin with a script from the mystery series "Lights Out". 1st broadcast `1943, "Sub Basement" will leave you never wanting to go below ground again. We follow with an episode from the comedy team of Lum and Abner. 1st aired 1943, "Mary And The Kettle" is sure to steam up insides till they turn outside! When the couple encounter a distraught woman who emerges from the woods, what are they in for? We follow with a sci fi episode form Flash Gordon. As the alpha male good Flash battles equally alpha male bad emperor Ming, who is more destined to rule the universe? and here to dramatize the events are voice actors Ginny Kauffmann, Carol Moog, Jack roe and your host, Andy Pettit.

Originally aired 1947, "Inquest" reveals what happens when an inheritance is left to 2 siblings. Will they squabble in the usual Jerry Springer style of today or remain civil?  "Oh, brother" is right, sister! We follow with a hard-boiled detective drama from the rocky Fortune series. 1st broadcast 1954, "Too Many Husbands" puts a female lib take on marital arrangements. For the details, stay tuned. How will parents respond, and more, how has the message of mass media influence endured today? We follow with a tale of the same theme of child fantasy with an original piece. Titled "Toyboat", our story tells more about the persuasive power of youthful imagination. what happens when a boy loses a toy steering wheel for his boat down the drain? Can he get it back?
